Possibly the Best Picture Yet

So, I heard my daughter laugh for the first time tonight. According to Kindra she laughed a lot and very loud at a friends house tonight, but what little I heard blew my mind. Think about it for just a moment. This is totally familiar and profoundly impactful sound to me, yet it was foreign up until tonight! This was a brand new sound, a new harmony, a new voice for me to know and be able to recognize in a crowded area or in the next room. I know what my wife sounds like, what my mother sounds like, what my brother sounds like...and now I know a little more of what my daughter sounds like! Take that in for a moment...this is a new world every day!

We have arrived

Welcome to the new blog for Kevin and Kindra. Our first shot and honestly I'll probably do most of the blogging. That is in between work, school and trying to be a decent husband/father, I'll throw a few words on here. This will be our new place to post videos and pictures of Alivia (since we know that's what you're really here for) and make general comments. Hopefully I don't make a fool of myself in the meantime, but it is likely.
